📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Any delays during peak season, sales, or Pre-orders will be clearly communicated or written in our VIP Group or the posting on our website.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

  • Track your package on the carrier’s website using the provided link.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or missed attempts, additional fees may apply (e.g., redelivery, return shipping). 

Local Pickup Option (if applicable)

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • Pickups available at 158 N. Water Ave Gallatin, TN 37066 during business hours. Typically, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday (hours may vary depending on seasonal hours and/ or closures). Hour changes will always be communicated through our social media platforms. 

  • You’ll receive pickup instructions via email.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 10 days of order placed date for a store credit only. 

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Sale, clearance, fragrance/ candle, or personalized items are non-refundable. 

Return Process

  1. Email thewildvinesboutique@gmail.com to request a return authorization. 

  2. Pack the item securely and ship it to:

    The Wild Vines Boutique Attn: Returns Dept (RMA #[your unique RMA code]) 158 N Water Ave. Gallatin, TN 37066
  3. Use a trackable shipping method — we don’t cover lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your store credit will be issued to you via e-mail with an online code that can be used in-store or online within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable, except for defective/damaged items by The Wild Vines Boutique. 

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective shipped from our store. 

Exchanges

  • Prefer a different size or variant? Email us for an exchange authorization.

  • Ship your return per the process above. Once received, we’ll dispatch the replacement at no extra shipping cost (domestic only).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect items upon delivery.

  • If damaged, please email within 48 hours, include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund at no cost to you.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: Check the tracking link first. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, email us—we’ll open an investigation.

Q: Can I return only part of my order?
A: Absolutely. Return any eligible item(s); refunds will apply to those items only.

Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: Not generally. Prepaid return labels are provided only when we’re at fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
