Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Pickups available at 158 N. Water Ave Gallatin, TN 37066 during business hours. Typically, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday (hours may vary depending on seasonal hours and/ or closures). Hour changes will always be communicated through our social media platforms.Â

Returns accepted within 10Â days of order placed date for a store credit only.Â

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Sale, clearance, fragrance/ candle, or personalized items are non-refundable.Â

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your store credit will be issued to you via e-mail with an online code that can be used in-store or online within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping is non-refundable, except for defective/damaged items by The Wild Vines Boutique.Â

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective shipped from our store.Â
Exchanges

Prefer a different size or variant? Email us for an exchange authorization.

Ship your return per the process above. Once received, we’ll dispatch the replacement at no extra shipping cost (domestic only).
Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect items upon delivery.

If damaged, please email within 48 hours, include photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund at no cost to you.
